Number of participants

Bookings are available for groups of minimum 5 and maximum 30 guests. If the number of participants differs from the specified headcount, please let us know in advance.

Things to know in advance

Important information before booking

  • During school holiday periods, tables at Tico Restaurant can only be booked after 3:00 PM. If you would like to reserve a table before 3:00 PM, we can serve the package at an alternative location (the Snack Bar or the area in front of the first-floor VR room).
  • If you wish to bring your own cake, we kindly ask you to provide proof of purchase for the cake’s origin. Upon arrival, a liability waiver must also be completed. A standard fee of HUF 8,000 applies to all externally supplied cakes.
  • The table is available for 3 hours. In case of late arrival, we are unfortunately unable to extend the reservation time.
  • If you do not choose the pizza package, we can only guarantee seating for up to 6 guests in the restaurant, depending on availability. The remaining guests will be seated at any available tables on a first-come, first-served basis. By selecting our pizza package, we can guarantee a reserved table for the specified number of guests, including the full decoration.
  • A 15% service charge will be added to the total bill amount.
